Luca Moroni

Luca Moroni has been A2A’s CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER since September 2022. 

He is married and has two children.

After graduating in Economics at Milan’s Università Cattolica, he successfully completed a PED (Program for Executive Development) at the International Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
During his working career, he has gained extensive experience in the area of finance in complex and structured contexts, both at a national and an international level. Among other posts held, from 2001 to 2004, he was Head of Planning and Control at Merloni Elettrodomestici S.p.A. (now Indesit Company) and, until 2010, was Chief Financial Officer at Philips-Saeco S.p.A.
He then moved to Hera S.p.A., an Italian multiutility active in the distribution and sale of gas, electricity, and in the provision of urban cleaning and integrated water services, working as Group Manager of Administration, Finance and Control, and also as board member at Hera subsidiary Acegas-Aps.
His sporting passions include skiing, tennis and sailing, while he also loves going for bicycle rides and walks.

• From 2004 to 2010: Chief Financial Officer and Head of Human Resources, Philips-Saeco S.p.A. Group.
• From October 2003: Head of Planning and Control, Merloni Elettrodomestici S.p.A. Group (Indesit Company S.p.A.).
• From January 2001 to October 2003: Head of Administrative and Financial Services, Merloni Elettrodomestici S.p.A. Group (Indesit Company S.p.A.). 
• From 1999 to 2000: Head of Controlling, Sipcam-Oxon Group.
• From 1997 to 1998: Head of Controlling of the confectionery division, Nestlé Italiana S.p.A.
• From 1995 to 1997: Internal Auditor, Nestlé Italiana S.p.A.
• From 1993 to 1994: Deloitte & Touche snc.
