Public Lighting

As a Life Company, we want to take care of people’s lives by improving their lighting networks too. We directly handle the planning, building and maintenance of systems of public decorative/artistic lighting, traffic lights and commemorative cemetery lighting.

Operating in many Italian towns and cities, we ensure a reduction in energy consumption, the limiting of light pollution and respect for the environment through the use of the latest generation of technologies. Among these, there is high-performance LED, which allows us to make savings and to reduce energy consumption, CO2 emissions and light pollution.

Over the last few years, we have seen a drastic change in the concept of lighting. We have realized that light has a fundamental impact on people’s lives, above all at a biological and emotional level. Public lighting has thus gradually changed from being a mere commodity to being an instrument at the service of communities. For this reason, in addition to planning systems conceived around people’s well-being, we have continued to pursue goals of sustainability. In order to keep pace with the challenges of technological and digital innovation and with changes in the social, cultural and economic context, our aim is to keep on communicating a ‘culture of light’.

We also do this by sustainably illuminating the architectural splendours of our towns and cities, planning, delivering and maintaining over 130 architectural lighting systems. Respecting the criteria and objectives set out in urban lighting plans, we use lighting engineering specialists whose professionality and know-how help exalt the beauty of historic sites and monuments such as churches, palaces and city centres.
