From their very first day, we involve people in programmes aimed at furthering their capabilities and discovering their potentialities.

Spreading a managerial culture

With the Leadership for life programme, we have offered 1,100 managers online meetings dedicated to leadership and its evolution in a radically changing context.

Development of skills and talent management

Thanks to the creation of development and training projects, we aim to upgrade the technical, managerial and organizational skills of those who work with us.
We recognise the value of people, planning specific growth pathways for talent, taking into account individual aspirations.

To ensure continuous improvement and the development of key capabilities, we organize various change management initiatives, which fall within a context of great digital transformation. At the heart of this, we put people and their ability to make a valuable contribution to the achievement of strategic objectives

Onboarding for new employees

A2A Induction is our onboarding programme for new employees

At A2A, we believe in listening to and involving everyone; we accompany everyone who works with us along their pathway of growth in order to help them to fully express their skills and potentialities. We provide them with the levers and tools that they need for their professional development. The programme is an opportunity to get to know the Group and the corporate environment, allowing new personnel to learn about company dynamics and meet new colleagues, and, from the very beginning, to start actively meeting the challenges that every day brings. The programme foresees an introduction to the A2A world with specific focuses on People Strategy, the Group, and also on issues relating to sustainability and inclusion. It goes on to look in more detail at our businesses and the key competences for the future. There is a further step dedicated to self-empowerment, aimed at identifying growth objectives that are both stimulating and useful for the future, helping new staff to gain awareness of their capabilities and set out a pathway shared with the management.
