Adoption of a holistic approach which, starting from the assessment of sustainability-related risks and opportunities, enables the sustainable and responsible Group management; monitoring of the evolution of regulations concerning ESG so as to respond promptly to requests from legislators, to mitigate risks and to seize opportunities deriving from regulatory changes; integration of sustainability goals in those of MbO (correlation between management pay and sustainability KPIs).
