Full professor of corporate finance at Bocconi University. Previously dean and currently senior professor at SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Founding partner of DGPA & Co S.p.A., a consultancy firm founded in 1991 and mainly active in the sphere of extraordinary finance operations.
Extensive international experience, both as teacher-researcher and as a professional. Author of around 100 publications, active participant in M&A, IPO and restructuring operations.
Regularly involved in activities for non-profit institutions such as the Laureus Sports For Good Foundation, the Umberto Veronesi Foundation, the Ernesto Illy Foundation, the Tender to Nave Italia non-profit foundation, the Cologni dei Mestieri dell’Arte Foundation. Founder of the REPAiR (Responsible, Patient, Reliable) Finance Research Centre at the SDA Bocconi School of Management.
Successfully completed 24 successive New York marathons.
