Court of cassation lawyer since 2008, handling the defence on important human rights and discrimination issues in national and supranational courts.
Founder, in 2012, of the Vox rights association, which promotes research and other projects in the field of human rights and, more specifically, in the sphere of inclusive language.

Associate professor in 1999 at the University of Insubria. Visiting professor in 2001 at the University of Insubria. Since 2004, full professor at the University of Milan.
