“Accanto”: the podcast that talks about what it’s like to work at A2A

Life at A2A, as told by a new employee

What is working life like within a Life Company? We know A2A well from customers and citizens, but how is it seen “from the inside”? In other words, what is it like to work at A2A?

We tell the story in a podcast of four episodes lasting 20 minutes each. The protagonist is the newly hired Claudia Fabi, who will explore the Group and meet several key figures.

Accompanying her on this journey through corporate life, made up of teamwork, commitment, projects, online meetings and chats at the coffee machine, is the journalist Francesco Oggiano

Each episode is also enriched by the contribution of colleagues from the different Business Units, who share their professional experience in A2A and give some advice to the newcomer. An unprecedented occasion to discover the opportunities the company offers and to understand through the voices of the people who work there the importance of everyone’s work for the ecological transition.
