A2A Energia S.p.A. rises to 90.33% of LumEnergia S.p.A.

On June 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of A2A Energia S.p.A. resolved to exercise the option right for the purchase of 57% of LumEnergia S.p.A., regarding which it already held 33.33%. The closing of the transaction is expected at the end of July 2017.
