Circular economy, energy transition and all the Group’s other strategic areas are our main areas of development for the implementation of our 2030 Strategic Plan. We are therefore looking for professionals who are expert in their own specific fields, engineers and operational staff with very diverse skills, but mainly concentrated in the following professional spheres.
Energy
We handle the entire value chain of energy. For this reason, we recruit highly qualified and talented individuals with transferable, core skills for the fields of engineering, energy management and energy efficiency, sales and marketing.
Environment
We are looking for environmental engineers, facility personnel experienced in waste treatment and disposal, and urban cleaning staff to ensure the tidiness, cleanliness and general quality of our towns and cities.
Smart Infrastructures
We are looking for people expert in the management and development of not only electricity and gas networks but also of our hydroelectric, thermal and solar facilities. We are also looking for innovators for the management of the most modern e-mobility and smart city services.

Our production facilities are located from northern Italy to the South. We also operate at an international level, taking our capabilities and technical know-how into new markets.
