With the Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) scheme, we invest in start-ups with high innovation potential in selected spheres and sectors in line with our Business Plan.
Through our Corporate Venture Builder, we invest in high-impact ideas using the Group's resources and expertise to accelerate the shift towards energy transition and the circular economy.
Our path towards a full Ecological Transition can only be completed thanks to a responsible innovation model able to generate technological solutions for the development of the circular economy and the energy transition, both fundamental for the safeguarding of the planet’s future and improvements in the quality of all of our lives.
We value ideas that, through the reuse, reconditioning and recycling of existing materials, extend the life cycle of the product, helping to reduce waste to a minimum.
We value ideas that promote the production of clean energy, sustainable mobility, the electrification of consumption and sustainability.
The main goals of our innovation model are:

Supporting the group in transformation through the development and implementation of high-impact projects with innovative technologies/solutions that have a concrete effect on the quality of people’s lives and on the growth of industries.
Spreading the culture of innovation in the group, encouraging the widespread and lasting participation of employees with a variety of initiatives (idea competitions, intrapreneurship schemes, …).
Strengthening and extending channels of group communication and positioning, steering them towards the ecosystem of innovation and, in more general terms, towards the market.
Our innovation projects utilize the latest technologies and artificial intelligence to improve workplace safety, optimize time and costs and promote a future characterized by sustainability.
