Health is essential for personal, social and economic development. It is a fundamental aspect in the quality of our lives and, for this reason, we also foster the protection of health through the organization of events focussing on the prevention and promotion of healthy lifestyles.
Well-being
For us at A2A, psycho-physical well-being is crucial in being able to live and to face the many moments of our lives with serenity
We believe in the importance of managing to make time and space for listening, supporting and talking, and so we offer all our workforce an emotional support service, which provides concrete help to deal with both personal and professional issues.
Family
At A2A, we take care not only of our workforce but also of their families by means of numerous parental support initiatives
Among the various parental support initiatives, there is also the Crescere insieme (Growing up together) nursery school in Brescia, open to children from birth to the age of six. It has highly qualified staff and helps meet parents’ needs by offering a flexible timetable.
Savings and leisure time
We promote special offers dedicated to saving and opportunities for leisure time activities
We seek to raise awareness on issues related to saving, and to pension and welfare issues so as to help ensure the future economic well-being of our workforce.
It is also possible for staff to convert part or all of their bonus payment and to benefit from the tax relief involved, an objective achieved in collaboration with trade union representatives.

Additionally, our leisure centres organize cultural, recreational and sports activities so that staff can make the most of their free-time.
